Big Amazon fail. Not delivered and took two weeks for them to pay refund and their still telling me to return to refunded item to them. Due to poor customer services on Amazon’s part when things go wrong they go really wrong. Have to now phone them for forth time informing them that item never arrived. I have since bought an alternative from John Lewis with a 2 year manufacturing guarantee which actually arrived when they said it would. The Amazon item is still lost in post and there asking me to return it to them or pay for it.

Amazons, Epson epic printer fail – buyer beware. Refused a review due to talking about seller – which is Amazon, Delivery – (never arrived also by Amazon, Packaging – unknown never delivered but also by Amazon, Not allowed to talk about pricing (since when can a review not talk about pricing) – also Amazon. Availability mostly down to Amazon. Not sure there is anything left to review?
